The Livingsprings Schools 2016 Inter-house Sports REPORT

The 8th Annual Inter-house Sports of The Livingsprings Schools, Lekki took place on Wednesday 17th February, 2016 at the school premises. The occasion, which was full of fun and exciting activities ranging from track to field events, was well-attended by parents and pupils.

In her remarks, the Executive Director, Mrs Abosede Obayomi, announced the four houses namely: Emmanuel’s House (Blue), Saint Paul’s House (Green), Saint Peter’s House (Red) and Daniel’s House (Yellow). The Chairman of the occasion, Mr. Keji Olajide, described sports in a school setting as activities conducted to realize educational outcomes. He therefore urged the School to continue to promote sporting activities for positive educational outcomes in the children.

The high point of the occasion was the presentation of trophies in which Emmanuel’s House (Blue) came 4th with 83 points, 3rd position went to Daniel’s House (Yellow) with 98 points, 2nd position to Saint Peter’s House(Red) with 139 points, while the winner was Saint Paul’s House (Green) with 142 points.
